Salon Policy
we have a 48hr cancellation policy, if you cancel with less than 48hrs notice a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to rebook. This deposit can be transferred to another day if you cancel with more than 48hrs notice.
no show clients will not be rebooked .
booking in peak seasons and times will require a 50% non refundable deposit, makeup bookings will require a 50% non refundable deposit as these time fill up and can always be filled last minute.
when making a group booking of 2 or more people or for special events such as Ipswich cup, formals, weddings and events a non refundable booking deposit is required.
we ask when we have finished your service if you are happy when you leave the salon no refunds are given, please let us know if we can change anything at the time of your appointment before you leave the salon.
